Booking & Payment

How do I book a theme park tour?

Visit the tour page, select your preferred date, room type, and number of guests. You’ll then join the waitlist with no payment or commitment required. Once booking opens, you’ll be invited to create a booking by paying the required deposit or full amount. All waitlist reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in Euros, British Pound, Swiss Franc, and American Dollar. Cash payments are processed securely via Stripe using credit or debit cards. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Coinbase. 

Do you offer early booking discounts?

Booking early unlocks some of the best deals we offer. The further in advance you join, the bigger the discount.

Tour Itinerary & Inclusions

What’s included in the tour package?

Your tour includes all ground transport, hotel accommodations, theme park entrance tickets, and the chance to travel with a small group of like-minded thrill seekers.

Where do the tours start and end?

The start and end cities are listed on each tour page. Exact meeting locations and hotel details will be shared with you in advance of your departure.

Will I receive a tour itinerary before my departure?

You’ll receive a full itinerary in advance, including hotel details, park visits, and travel information, so you can prepare with confidence. Once your booking is confirmed with a deposit, financial protection insurance also applies for added peace of mind.

What is the transport like between parks and hotels?

We use modern, comfortable vehicles for all travel between parks, hotels, and cities. Every journey is meticulously planned to keep travel smooth and efficient.

Group Info

What is the group size?

Each tour is limited to a maximum of 7 guests.

What age restrictions are there?

All participants must be 18 or older. Our tours are designed for adult thrill seekers who want to focus on high-intensity rides and park experiences.

Is this suitable for solo travellers?

Solo travellers are very welcome. You can book a shared room or choose a private single room for a small additional fee.

Do I get free time during the tour?

Evenings are yours to relax, explore, or grab dinner. We stay in well-connected areas with restaurants, shops, and local conveniences.

Coasters & Park Access

How long do we spend at each theme park?

Each tour is designed to give you a full day at every theme park. Generally, we arrive when the gates open and leave when they close. You’ll have plenty of time to experience all major coasters and explore the parks without feeling rushed. In some cases, we may spend two days at larger parks.

What happens if a park is closed or weather affects the trip?

If a park closes due to weather or unforeseen issues, we’ll adapt the schedule where possible. While rare, closures are outside our control but should be covered under your travel insurance. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Accommodation Info

What room options are available?

Standard bookings include a room with twin single beds, perfect for sharing with a friend. You can also request a double bed, a triple room, or a private room, depending on availability.

Do I need to share a room as a single traveller?

Solo travellers can select a private single room for a small additional fee during the booking process.

What hotels are we staying at?

Hotel details are shared in your itinerary documents before departure. We confirm all accommodation in advance so you can prepare accordingly.

Preparation

How early should I arrive before the tour starts?

You can arrive at any time before the tour begins. Simply be there for Day 1, which always starts with a relaxed evening meet-up at the hotel. No parks on that day. The actual theme park visits begin on Day 2.

What should I pack for the tour?

Pack light and comfortable clothing suitable for walking and riding, plus a small backpack, phone charger, water bottle, and weather-appropriate gear. There’s plenty of space in the vehicle for luggage. 

Do I need to arrange my own flights?

If you’re travelling internationally, you’re responsible for booking your own flights to and from the tour’s start and end cities. All ground transport during the tour is provided.

Do you offer a pickup to the tour start location?

You are responsible for making your own way to the start location. Generally, this will be in the evening at the first hotel. 

What VISAs are required for my coaster tour?

If a visa is required for any of the countries on your tour, it’s your responsibility to arrange it. All countries visited are listed on each tour page. Please check before booking.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and must be arranged by the person booking. It should cover medical care, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. This will be checked before departure. 

Refunds & Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 60 days before departure:
Full refund minus the deposit and any non-refundable costs already incurred.

Less than 60 days before departure:
No longer refundable due to costs incurred.

Note: If you pay the full amount upfront, this includes a €299 deposit portion that remains non-refundable.

Affiliate & Influencer Program

Do you offer an affiliate program for selling tours?

We’re working on launching an affiliate program that will allow content creators, influencers, and travel partners to earn a commission by promoting our tours. Stay tuned for updates.

How can I apply to become an affiliate?

Affiliate sign-up will be available through our website once the program launches. You’ll be able to register, receive a unique referral link, and start earning with every confirmed booking.

Can I request a custom or private group tour?

We offer private and custom tour options for groups. Contact us with your travel plans, group size, and preferred parks, and we’ll help you build a tailored experience.

What safety measures are in place?

All parks we visit follow strict safety protocols, with trained staff and on-site first aid stations. Our guides are also first aid certified and available to assist throughout the trip.

When do new tours get released?

We release most tours in two waves. First, a discounted batch is launched well in advance for the following year. Additional dates are added in January for the current season.
